A simple blend of spices to heighten your beans and veggies.
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika (smoked hot Spanish paprika is best)
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Dry blend spices and reserve in a jar for up to six months.
